Self Care Tuesday

April 25 @ 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Tanya Eikstadt, Exercise Physiologist & Certified Health & Wellness Coach, will lead a five week course education and activity designed around providing principles for better self care.  Participants are encouraged to attend all five weeks as each week builds off of the information learned in the last.  Participants are encouraged to bring a pen/pencil and a small notebook to the sessions.
